I’m a detail-oriented Office Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. I oversee front-office operations, keep billing and records accurate, and support great customer experiences—especially when managing multiple locations.
In my current role, I manage daily front-office functions across locations: answering and directing calls, handling member sign-ups, processing payments, and updating accounts. I also pay bills and manage administrative expenses, assist with opening and organizing new locations, and maintain structured filing systems and accurate records.
Before that, I supported students in an autism classroom as a Special Education Paraprofessional. I helped maintain schedules and routines, assisted teachers with daily classroom organization and documentation, and communicated professionally with staff and families—bringing patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to every day.
I’ve also built customer service strength through roles where I handled inquiries, orders, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate customer records. During my career break, I sharpened my multitasking, time-management, and administrative planning through household scheduling and budgeting—skills I bring directly into dependable office operations.
