What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable operations, strengthen cross-functional execution, and partner closely with senior leadership on governance, reporting, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-paced, multicultural organization.

At Leadzin, I lead operations across five departments and 40+ stakeholders, improving internal turnaround time by approximately 30% and reducing channel-partner onboarding from 14 days to five. I work directly with the CEO and Co-Founder on operational dashboards, compliance documentation, strategic reporting, and cross-functional execution.

I've also managed high-volume hospitality operations at Radisson Blu Hotel in Muscat, spanning workforce planning, revenue reconciliation, inventory control, audit procedures, guest escalations, and event logistics. Across India, the USA, Switzerland, and the Middle East, I've built a hands-on approach to operational governance, stakeholder coordination, and continuity under pressure.
