I am seeking a senior operations role where I can lead cross-functional teams, improve processes, and drive measurable KPI and customer experience improvements.

I am a Strategic Operations Leader with 14+ years of experience in process excellence, SLA/KPI governance, and cross-functional team leadership. I specialize in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating customer satisfaction through operational and strategic improvements.

At Target Corporation, I led guest services operations across multi-channel interactions, implemented KPIs and dashboards, and led hiring and training workstreams to support migrations and performance improvements. I routinely provided coaching, Excel training, and conducted analysis of guest feedback to align teams to expectations.
