I'm looking for an opportunity to fully use my skills and experience to improve an organization's service and standards, while continuing to learn and contribute as a dependable team member.

I've supported customer-facing operations at The Lash Gallery, Conduent, Teleperformance, Unlimited Vacation Club, and Wexford Court Hotel.

In telebanking and billing and repair roles, I handled customer service needs and maintained a 90% quality average at Conduent, earning recognition for great customer service. I've also worked in sales, clerical support, and hospitality.
