I'm looking for a healthcare or insurance operations role where I can process claims, verify coverage, manage medical documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support customers in a quality-focused environment.

I've processed and adjudicated TRICARE medical claims at WPS, using CPT procedure codes and Durable Medical Equipment classifications while verifying, indexing, and uploading medical documentation.

At Sutherland Global, I supported MetLife FMLA and short-term disability claims by gathering required medical documentation, verifying eligibility, and guiding callers through timelines, waiting periods, and payment procedures. I also supervised campaign operations and monitored performance against client KPIs and service-level agreements.
