As Chief of Staff at Snaptrude, I reversed a churning, deprioritized APAC/ANZ/MENA book to 124% ARR growth, established People Operations from inception, and helped drive a 4X company growth trajectory from seed to Series A.
I’ve also led Finance Operations and growth through practical execution: setting up A/P–A/R from scratch to net-7, improving payment cycles to 97% Net-7, cutting expenses, and automating manual work to save hours per day.
