What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help founders, CEOs and executive teams design better ways of working, particularly during growth, transformation and ambiguity. I enjoy building scalable operating systems, governance and AI-enabled executive workflows that improve decision-making without adding unnecessary complexity.

I've redesigned Parity Technologies' operating model for a 300-person engineering organisation, reducing onboarding from approximately six months to three weeks. At Porsche Digital's Forward31, I built the operating model, governance and investment systems supporting thirteen ventures.

Across Rocket Internet, Lamudi, APX, Zalando and a B2B technology marketplace I co-founded, I've led international operations, leadership hiring, communications and founder support across thirty-two countries. Most recently, I'm building AI-native operational infrastructure and executive workflows for founders and early-stage companies, including redesigning an AI verification methodology after auditing more than 1,100 recommendations.
