I’m looking for a customer success/guest services role where I can proactively engage international clients remotely, resolve issues early, and use CRM to improve satisfaction and retention.

I’m a customer success–driven professional with 2+ years of experience managing relationships with international clients in remote environments. I focus on proactive client engagement, personalized communication, and building trust-based relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

In my current role as a Virtual Guest Service Agent, I manage end-to-end communication with US-based clients across chat, email, and voice. I anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns before escalation, follow up post-resolution, and maintain accurate CRM records to support continuous improvement.

Previously, I delivered personalized guest experiences as a Hotel Intern in a high-volume international hospitality environment and supported customer experience as an Assistant Guest Delight Manager. I’ve collaborated across departments, trained team members on customer-first service, and helped improve guest satisfaction by resolving issues quickly.
