What I'm looking for

I’m looking to scale and professionalize people functions in remote-first teams—owning end-to-end recruiting and HR operations, building HRIS workflows, and using people analytics to drive an inclusive, data-driven culture.

I’m an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience in international environments across EdTech, banking, space economy, finance and tech. I lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in remote-first settings, building HR functions, processes, and people strategy with leadership.

Recently, I’ve been leading the development of the HR function from scratch in a fast-growing remote EdTech school—rapidly scaling by hiring 11+ educators and experts within two months. I manage the full employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, people development, HR administration and payroll coordination) and structure HR systems and workflows, including Revolut People and the migration to Jibble.

I also bring a strategic and people-analytics mindset—partnering with the CEO on long-term people processes, optimizing international recruitment (40+ candidates in 6 months), and previously supervising a team of 4 in anti-fraud credit risk, mentoring junior analysts and improving investigation/reporting quality.
