At INEOS Aromatics, I coordinated business, bank, and legal deliverables for the 2025 Inventory Monetization program, supporting access to €300M in borrowing capacity. I also standardized inventory practices across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to improve reporting accuracy, accounting consistency, and controls.
At Primera Engineers Inc., I directed change management consulting engagements for energy-sector clients. I developed and presented a proposal for a major energy company’s Storm Emergency Preparedness program; the organization adopted the execution approach.
At BP, I led business integration and transformation initiatives, including the Lubricants migration from JD Edwards to SAP, which delivered $1.25M in annualized savings. I also coordinated the transition of more than 250 activity sets and led enterprise transitions that generated over $1M in business benefits.
