Drove implementation and readiness workstreams for a global Oracle Cloud ERP migration serving ~1,200 users across 27 process areas and five functional towers, alongside PwC consultants and business process owners. Owned milestone plans, dependency maps and risk tracking through cutover, ensuring Day 1 access, process continuity and reporting availability by business unit.

Owned scope, roadmap and launch of a RAG-based AI platform built with engineering on AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch for 1,500+ users, running Agile sprint cycles, UAT pilots and rollout communications. Ran the responsible-AI review with IT, Legal and Compliance in a regulated environment - RBAC, PHI controls, output review - and scoped human-in-the-loop coverage as part of use-case definition.

Integrated a $100M acquired entity into the delivery organization end to end - finance tracking, recruitment, organizational structure and performance frameworks - consolidating operations onto common governance. Consolidated and renewed a $25M managed-services portfolio across 16 regions and 400+ resources, sequencing contract, process and system consolidation without service interruption.

Transitioned and stood up a global account into HCL: hired and structured a 50+ person organization across AMER, EMEA and APAC and established delivery operations from scratch with a $3M P&L. Partnered with EY on operating-model redesign, process re-engineering and workforce transition; directed a migration converting 1,200+ legacy assets to current platforms, $1.2M saved, end-of-life architecture
