What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex enterprise transformation, integration, and operational programs where I can partner with senior leaders, align global teams, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I've led enterprise transformation, integration, finance, procurement, and shared-services programs for First Student, INEOS Aromatics, Primera Engineers, and BP. I turn strategy into executable plans, governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

At INEOS Aromatics, I coordinated the 2025 Inventory Monetization program across cross-functional, bank, and legal teams, supporting access to €300M in borrowing capacity. At BP, I led the transition of 250+ resource activity sets across Budapest, Pune, and Chicago and managed Finance and Procurement portfolios for GBS Americas.

I've also led global ERP transformation teams, identified $1.25M in cost savings, and delivered 12+ business-service transitions generating more than $1M in cost benefits. I bring a practical, leadership-facing approach to change, risk management, process improvement, and complex cross-functional delivery.
