At PwC, I built the program operating model for a $100M+ global Workday Financials transformation, connecting team structure, planning, reporting, change control, and resourcing across 15 teams. The model reduced administrative burden and ambiguity, and I’m now scaling its reusable assets and practices through the Delivery Excellence COE.
I’ve also embedded automation and AI into program operations, including human-supervised agents and workflows that use live Jira data. On other transformations, I designed and mobilized PMOs, supported regulatory risk and controls, and helped prioritize a ~$252M IT portfolio.
