I’m looking for a role where I can lead HR/benefits technology implementations, drive user adoption through training and change management, partner with executives and stakeholders, and improve employee experiences through process and continuous improvement.

I’m a results-driven implementation and employee experience leader with 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide system adoption, process transformation, and stakeholder engagement across multi-state and international organizations.

In my Benefits Manager and Benefits Administrator roles, I’ve led complex rollouts for HR and benefits technology platforms, partnering with HR, payroll, leadership, and external vendors to deliver successful deployments and sustained user adoption.
