What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-centered role where I can coordinate programs, build community partnerships, support student or workforce outcomes, and use data to improve engagement and operations.

I've supported workforce engagement analysis for Amazon via Extern.com and coordinated major cultural programs at J'Ouvert City International, including the Labor Day J'Ouvert celebration and Caribbean Music Awards. My work connects stakeholders, community partners, event logistics, and public-facing programming that engages thousands of participants.

Through SD Consult Services NY, I provide HR, workforce development, career, and organizational consulting for individuals and small businesses. I've developed recruitment, training, onboarding, operational, and program materials while managing budgets, deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
