What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead daily operations, support customers, and resolve issues confidently—bringing my retail, sales, and security background to a team-driven environment.

I’m a Shop Manager with experience leading day-to-day store operations at B&R Superette, including opening and closing the store, cash drawer counting, restocking shelves, and counting items. I focus on keeping service smooth by answering customer questions and addressing problems and complaints quickly.

I’ve also worked as a Sale Representative at Alorica, handling booking hotel stays by answering calls, fixing client problems, and making modifications to already booked stays. Earlier, I served as a Security Officer with Atlas Group Limited, building my reliability, adaptability, and team-based work habits.
