What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in customer experience, retail operations, leadership, human resources, or digital and social media marketing where I can support customers, lead teams, build engagement, and continue learning new skills.

I've progressed at 16 Even Department Store from Sales & Customer Service Representative to Cashier and Supervisor, supporting daily retail operations, staff performance, customer service, inventory, merchandising, and sales planning.

I also managed the company's social media platforms, creating promotional campaigns for new arrivals, sales, discounts, and special offers while responding to customer inquiries and increasing engagement.

Across more than seven years in retail, pharmacy, and restaurant environments, I've built strong experience in customer support, cash handling, sales, team leadership, and resolving customer concerns. I'm currently completing professional development in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
