I’m a detail-oriented, technically driven professional transitioning into IT support. I bring hands-on experience with inventory systems, data management, and operational troubleshooting, and I’m building toward stronger system administration skills.

In my Inventory Management Specialist role, I manage and maintain inventory systems with Fishbowl to accurately track IT-related assets and equipment. I troubleshoot discrepancies, analyze inventory data to reduce errors, and support system workflows while protecting data integrity.

Previously, I supervised daily operations and supported teams in a fast-paced retail environment using Storeforce for scheduling, reporting, and workforce data analysis. I troubleshoot system issues, train others on processes, and now I’m seeking an IT Support or Help Desk role with opportunities to grow into a System Administrator position.
