I'm seeking a business management, operations consulting, or organizational leadership role where I can apply strategic planning, operational rigor, and hands-on program execution to create sustainable improvements.

I've led operations and service delivery across healthcare and human-services organizations, most recently connecting health plan members, care managers, and providers at American Health Advantage LLC to resolve complex service issues.

As Center Director at Active Day, I owned budgeting, staffing, policy development, and service optimization while coaching a team of eight. I built strategic plans that improved service quality and reduced operational inefficiencies.
