What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead healthcare operations where I can strengthen clinical quality, regulatory readiness, workforce performance, and sustainable financial outcomes across complex care settings.

At Orchard Pointe Health Campus, I lead clinical and operational performance for a skilled nursing campus serving 75–85 residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care. I oversee an approximately 80-person nursing department, QAPI, audits, survey readiness, documentation quality, and risk management.

Previously, I designed and facilitated enterprise clinical training at Humana and helped roll out the Pathways Utilization Management Program across Indiana. At Lutheran Health Physicians, I directed operations across primary care, pediatrics, and walk-in services, managed a $1M+ operating budget, and launched a new urgent care service.

I'm a Compact-licensed RN and veteran with experience spanning clinical care, care coordination, utilization management, quality improvement, compliance, and interdisciplinary leadership.
