What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client support or client success role, especially with an HR or people-operations platform, where I can resolve user issues quickly, communicate clearly under pressure, and improve processes that build customer trust.

I've supported clients and guests in fast-moving environments, resolving issues in real time and following through until they are genuinely resolved. My work spans customer support, HR administration, executive assistance, and freelance operations.

At Fancy Glow Beauty Brand, I served as the first point of contact for HR and administrative questions and created a Team Accountability Framework to address recurring process breakdowns. As an Executive Virtual Assistant for an international client, I handled high-priority requests across time zones, confidential communication, and complex travel disruptions.
