What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles that leverage my teaching and retail management experience—online tutoring, training, or managerial positions with strong customer-focus, opportunities for leadership, and room for professional growth.

I am an experienced English teacher and retail manager with a strong background in customer service, training and business operations. I have taught English online to international students across age groups and professional backgrounds.

I owned and operated a retail boutique where I led daily operations, recruited and trained staff, managed finances and marketing, and organized events and fashion shows to grow the customer base. My retail experience includes stock control, merchandising and brand management.

Earlier roles include store manager responsibilities at a multi-till retail location and work as a financial planner, where I developed personalized client plans, managed investment portfolios, and strengthened client relationships. I also have marketing and customer-relationship experience supporting campaigns, events and customer support functions.

I hold a BA Honours (Cum Laude) in Media and Marketing and a 420-hour TEFL diploma, and I completed Dale Carnegie training in human relations and public speaking; I bring attention to detail, strong communication skills and a service-driven approach to every role.
