What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR or people operations role where I can apply my recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and reporting experience while continuing to grow in data-informed workforce decision-making.

I bring 4+ years of HR operations and people coordination experience from CADD Centre Training Services and NMIT in Bengaluru.

At CADD Centre, I managed full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, EPF/ESI/PT compliance, HR documentation, policy rollouts, performance reviews, and employee engagement programmes. I also created structured SOPs and individual development plans with department heads.

At NMIT, I coordinated campus recruitment drives, induction programmes, technical learning initiatives, and departmental operations including attendance, leave management, and internal communications.

After completing my M.Tech and an IBM-certified Data Science programme during a planned career break, I’m returning to HR roles with hands-on people operations experience and stronger skills in workforce reporting and data-informed decision-making.
