What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR operations, people operations, or HR generalist role where I can support employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, payroll, compliance, HR systems, and employee engagement in a technology-driven organization.

I'm currently supporting employee lifecycle operations at Attractify Technologies, from onboarding and payroll inputs to EPF/ECR compliance, policy documentation, and employee engagement.

Previously at ITPlusPoint Group of Companies, I managed end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles while supporting payroll, attendance, PF preparation, employee data management in XE HRMS, and appraisal cycles.

I've also supported client hiring at Lancesoft Inc., maintaining candidate pipelines and structured recruitment workflows through ATS tools. At Pixel Pi Labs, I gained hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and workforce administration.

With an MBA in HR & Marketing, I bring practical experience in HR operations, compliance documentation, stakeholder coordination, and creating organized employee experiences across technology-driven organizations.
