In my current role as a Youth Development Representative, I maintained safety and structure by following established procedures and responding to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques. I coordinate in real time using radio communication systems and document incidents with accurate timelines through incident reports, confinement sheets, and logbook entries.

I bring strong administrative discipline, including real-time data entry within internal systems to track incident details, resident status changes, and daily activity. I also communicate policies, expectations, and important information clearly to residents, staff, and visitors while handling confidential information with accuracy.

Previously, as an Assistant Store Manager and Staff Support Specialist, I managed high-volume customer interactions, resolved escalated issues, supervised and trained staff, and coordinated with service providers and agencies for proper follow-up. Earlier experience in program and community support, along with leasing and administrative work, strengthened my multitasking, documentation, and client-focused communication.
