Cameron Bass

I’m a retail and guest-services professional with a strong focus on customer care, reliability, and day-to-day operational leadership. As a Designated Key Holder at Columbia Sportswear, I open and close the store independently, manage cash handling and deposits, and support security systems while ensuring compliance with company policies.

On the sales floor, I lead during assigned shifts by providing high-quality customer service, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining Columbia brand and visual standards. I also support store leadership through training assistance, task delegation, and daily operations to help meet sales goals and keep the team environment efficient.

Beyond retail, I bring people-first leadership from my role as a Youth leader at Church on the Move, where I mentor youth, facilitate educational programs and service initiatives, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment through clear policy enforcement and group dynamics management. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Youth and Family ministry, and I bring that psychology-aligned mindset—active listening, emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and de-escalation—to every interaction.
