What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused, growth-oriented role where I can lead talent acquisition using ATS and recruitment workflows, partner closely with stakeholders and clients, and build a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

I’m a relationship-driven talent and people professional with experience across Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement, client relations, and strategic partnerships in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. I strengthen hiring efficiency through recruitment workflow optimization and ATS-driven practices, including Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri Recruiter.

I’ve led end-to-end hiring coordination as Lead – Talent & Culture, working closely with directors and multiple stakeholders to align hiring priorities, improve interview coordination, and improve candidate pipeline visibility and experience.
