I’m a Business Administration undergraduate with hands-on internship experience in HR operations and organizational analysis. I combine strong Excel and accounting foundations with a practical focus on turning data into actionable insights.

In my HR Intern role at Jain Hind Tubes Pvt. Ltd., I maintained and updated employee records and attendance data for 100+ employees. I also supported HR operations with structured data management and reporting, including statutory compliance documentation (ESIC and EPF).

During my Business Intern experience at Eastern Condiments, I conducted organizational and workflow analysis to identify process gaps and support operational improvement. I prepared structured reports and insights to help management review performance using clear, data-driven communication.

I’m especially interested in business analytics and data-driven decision-making, with exposure to business analytics fundamentals and AI productivity tools. I bring an analytical, collaborative approach—strengthened by projects and workshops—and I’m ready to contribute while continuing to grow my skills in analytics and operational decision support.
