I’m a results-driven Human Resource Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end onboarding operations, recruitment support, and HR data management at NIIT MTS. I use SAP SuccessFactors (RCM & ONB), Power BI, and Advanced Excel to deliver 99%+ accuracy and 95%+ Day-1 readiness across 500+ employee records, backed by Star of the Month and Ace of the Quater recognition.
In my current role, I manage BGV & Compliance Management for 50–100 candidates monthly with third-party vendors, keeping audit readiness strong and resolving candidate queries using structured Excel trackers. I also build dashboards for onboarding status, compliance, attrition, and DEI metrics, then share monthly workforce insight reports and root-cause findings to drive practical process improvements and hiring/retention decisions.
