What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a production or application support role where I can strengthen application reliability, resolve critical incidents, automate recurring operations, and work closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, and DevOps teams.

I've supported Tata Play's DTH and OTT digital operations platform at Exotel, providing L1 production support and handling 10–15 incident tickets daily while maintaining 99.9% SLA compliance.

Previously, I delivered 24x7 L1/L2 production support for Wells Fargo's Order Management System, a high-availability application processing financial transactions. I owned incident lifecycles, coordinated P1/P2 bridge calls, validated releases, and resolved batch-job failures with minimal business impact.

I use Linux/Unix, Bash, MySQL, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, ServiceNow, and JIRA to monitor systems, investigate logs, validate data, and restore services quickly.

I've driven RCA-based preventive and corrective actions that reduced recurring production incidents by approximately 80%, while building automation scripts, runbooks, SOPs, and handover documentation for continuous improvement.
