I am an engineering leader with over 9 years of hands-on experience in software development. My journey into technology began at the age of 12 when I developed my first software using Visual Basic, sparking a lifelong passion for computers. After earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, I joined Entri.app as the first engineer, where I built an ed-tech test preparation platform that reached millions of users across India.

Following more than four years at Entri.app, I relocated to Berlin and joined Peers as Senior Engineering Lead, eventually becoming the CTO. At Peers, I led the development of an ed-tech solution tailored for B2B clients in Germany's manufacturing sector. Currently, I serve as the Head of Product and Engineering at HireandCare, where I am building a healthcare hiring marketplace for practitioners in Germany.

Throughout my career, I have built and led high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. My experience includes migrating legacy systems to modern architectures, improving scalability and performance, and mentoring diverse engineering talent to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
