I am a digital commerce professional with a PGDM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from SRM Chennai. My career has been dedicated to end-to-end commerce transformation, where I have successfully owned the strategy, design, and delivery of digitally enabled customer journeys across various touchpoints. I pride myself on aligning business, technology, and customer experience design teams to create unified commerce experiences that meet customer expectations.

At Accenture Strategy & Consulting, I have played pivotal roles in management consulting, focusing on commerce strategy and eCommerce acceleration across multiple markets in APAC. My work includes developing a Social Commerce Playbook and conducting capability maturity assessments for D2C channels. I have a strong data-backed approach to strategic digital capability development and experience-led platform design, which has allowed me to drive impactful transformations for leading global brands.

Passionate about the evolving role of Agentic AI and Gen AI, I actively engage in conversations about the future of commerce.
