I’m an IT Specialist with hands-on experience in network engineering, system support, and cybersecurity. I enjoy troubleshooting and securing IT infrastructure while keeping systems stable for end users.

In my current role as IT Support & Network Technician at Secureid Limited, I resolve end-user IT issues (hardware, software, and network), configure and maintain routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi, and support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. I also assist with firewall, antivirus, and system monitoring to reduce risk and improve reliability.

Previously, as a System Support Intern at Secureid Limited, I supported server management (Windows/Linux), performed backups, patching, and system recovery, and helped with troubleshooting and network outage resolution. That foundation strengthened how I approach incident handling—quick diagnosis, clear communication, and verified fixes.

I’m passionate about automation and cloud technologies, and I actively build security-focused projects like deploying and securing an n8n automation server on Ubuntu/AWS EC2 with Let’s Encrypt SSL and Cloudflare DNS. I also run vulnerability scans and penetration testing in virtual environments, and I script workflows (Bash, PowerShell, Python basics; JavaScript in n8n) to streamline operational tasks and improve visibility.
