What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate remote, on-site, or hybrid opportunity where I can contribute to cloud infrastructure, technical support, system administration, or cloud security work while growing my AWS and IT support skills.

I've built cloud infrastructure and security solutions using AWS S3, AWS CloudWatch, Python, and Flask, alongside hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

For my final-year capstone, I designed a cloud-based intrusion detection and threat response system that monitors logs in real time and identifies unauthorized cloud access patterns. I processed the CIC-IDS2017 dataset and implemented Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGBoost classifiers for malicious traffic identification.

Through personal and community support, I've resolved issues for more than six individuals, including Windows and Linux troubleshooting, account management, updates, driver installations, Wi-Fi connectivity, and DNS resolution. I also document issues and resolutions to support recurring troubleshooting needs.

I'm completing a Computer Science degree and pursuing AWS Cloud Practitioner and Google IT Support certifications. I'm available immediately for remote, on-site, or hybrid cloud infrastructure, technical support, and security-focused work.
