What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or inbound sales role where I can solve customer problems, meet targets, learn new products quickly, and keep building my sales and communication skills through new challenges.

I handled emergency roadside assistance cases at ANWB S.O.S. International, supporting Dutch customers stranded across Europe from their first call through resolution.

I diagnosed vehicle issues by phone, negotiated repair slots with local garages, and coordinated rental cars and accommodation while keeping customers calm and informed.

At FBTO Zorgverzekering, I sold health insurance through inbound calls, using needs-based questions to match customers with suitable coverage. I converted service conversations into sales and upsold dental, physiotherapy, and extra coverage modules while handling objections around price and benefits.
