At Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, I supported attorneys, executives, new hires, and business professionals across 16 global offices, helping them adopt enterprise technology and improve everyday workflows.

I led onboarding, instructor-led and virtual training, documentation, and sustained adoption programs for enterprise software implementations. I translate technical complexity into clear, practical guidance through knowledge bases, SOPs, workflow guides, instructional videos, and one-to-one support.

I partnered with engineering, project, infrastructure, accounting, HR, vendors, and business teams during global communications modernization, expense-management implementation, remote-work enablement, and early enterprise AI initiatives. I also served as a liaison during technical investigations, coordinating escalations and keeping stakeholders informed through resolution.

Earlier, I delivered corporate technology training at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, building the consulting, facilitation, needs-analysis, and customer-support foundation I bring to enterprise enablement work.
