I’m an energetic, purpose-driven tech professional with immense experience in hardware, plus a practical approach to problem solving and quality-focused support.

As a Computer Analyst at Benue State Teaching Hospital (April 2024–Current), I handle network troubleshooting and PC maintenance, perform hardware repairs and installations, and support lead engineers with routine repairs and system maintenance. I also assist management with scheduling, service protocol improvement, and quality assurance, while training and instructing end-users on computer literacy and daily application usage.

Earlier, as Technical Support during NYSC at STANDARD ORGANIZATION OF NIGERIA (Feb–Nov 2016), I was the first point of contact for IT and technical queries—resolving issues like forgotten passwords, viruses, and email problems, and referring difficult cases upward. I also supported software installation and driver updates, trained staff on Microsoft and related applications, and delivered patient, composure-first support for network and employee concerns. Before that, I provided technical support at Rockhaven Limited and completed industrial training at Dangote Cement Company, including support for core network device installation (cisco) and OS/software setup, troubleshooting, and referrals to lead engineers when problems were more serious.
