I’m a hands-on technical support and implementation leader with 7+ years at Ecommpay, growing from front-line support into client integration and project-level ownership. I turn vague requirements and unclear system behavior into clear technical tasks for engineering, and I drive complex escalated issues to resolution.

Since Nov 2022, I’ve owned regional support and technical implementation direction—support operations, client communication, feature rollouts, partner integrations, and process development. I’ve also led a 7-person support/implementation group as a functional lead, setting priorities, distributing work, maintaining quality, and unblocking colleagues on complex technical and client-facing cases.

I’m self-directed by default: I spot what needs doing and carry it through to completion without waiting for tasks to be assigned or close oversight. I mentored 9 colleagues directly (and helped train 5 more), built cross-functional communication channels across Support, Business, R&D, SRE, Analytics, and Technical Writing, and created 40+ internal manuals, support instructions, and onboarding guides.

Prior to that, I worked as a Senior Client & Payment Integration Engineer and Client & Payment Integration Engineer, investigating transaction failures and conversion issues by correlating logs, metrics, traces, merchant traffic, and platform configuration. I led integrations for 100+ major and mid-sized merchants, built Kibana monitors and Looker dashboards for investigations and system-health tracking, and supported PCI DSS–related workflows (SAQ-A / SAQ-D).
