I’m a Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting production systems, including installing and configuring self-service payment terminals. I maintain Linux-based environments, apply updates, and support system stability while contributing to system hardening.
I diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues through structured troubleshooting and faster diagnostics to reduce downtime. I also troubleshoot network connectivity with tools like Wireshark and Nmap, monitor systems, respond to technical incidents, and document recurring issues to improve internal efficiency.
Alongside support work, I build and test environments through my system administration and virtualization labs (Debian/Ubuntu, VMware/VirtualBox). I’ve completed 30+ cybersecurity labs on HackTheBox and TryHackMe, practiced log analysis and basic incident investigation, and I’m currently expanding my knowledge in cybersecurity, system hardening, and incident response with a long-term goal of developing into a Security Operations (SOC) role.
