I'm looking for a role where I can build client relationships, create practical commercial structure, improve customer experiences, and take ownership from first contact through delivery and follow-up.

I've built international sales opportunities at Comfortex Aluminium, managing European B2B prospecting, quotations, technical and commercial discussions, and client follow-up through delivery. I also re-engaged an at-risk German client through clearer service and relationship rebuilding.
