I’m looking to deepen my API optimization expertise in a dedicated role within a growth-focused travel-tech organization—combining partner management, integration monitoring, and SLA-driven resolution to improve performance end to end.

I’m a Sales & Business Development Manager with 10+ years in hotel operations and B2B travel distribution. I currently manage commercial partnerships while building deeper expertise in account performance optimization and integration-driven growth.

In my current role (XML Travellanda LTD), I prospect and qualify B2B partners, then monitor integration performance end-to-end—tracking API behavior across search, prebook, booking, and cancellation. I use system metrics and in-house monitoring to identify optimization opportunities, while supporting onboarding through clear API documentation and troubleshooting based on error logs.

I’m also hands-on with hotel feed structure improvements, property mapping, and template uploads to enhance data accuracy and system performance. I handle partner escalations and commercial disputes with a focus on resolution and long-term relationship fit, including SLA management, escalation paths, and contract negotiation.

Previously at Travellanda LTD, I managed B2B booking workflows for 140+ suppliers and partners and supported 20k+ system clients across seasonal volume changes without service disruption. Earlier, as a Guest Relations Officer at TUI Sensatori Sorgun and related 5-star resorts, I delivered premium experiences for 500+ guests weekly and maintained satisfaction targets across multiple seasons—always pairing fast issue resolution with relationship preservation.
