I am a customer service and business management professional with hands-on experience in front-office operations, scheduling, and shipping coordination. I prioritize timely solutions, clear communication, and strong product knowledge to serve customers effectively.

In my current role as a Customer Service and Shipping Officer I manage daily shipping schedules, dispatch freight deliveries, prepare reports for floor management, and handle customer inquiries via phone and email. I consistently meet or exceed performance goals and collaborate across teams to ensure satisfaction.

I bring organizational strengths in appointment scheduling, shipment setup, and generating shipment quotes, along with an ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. I adapt quickly to changing demands and take on additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Currently studying Aviation Flight Technology at Lewis University, I combine a service-oriented mindset with discipline and attention to detail, and I communicate fluently in English and Arabic with basic French.
