Boniface Ubah

I've independently introduced a long standing product (Vivo yoghurt and tomato paste sachets) with less visibility to new markets through direct customer engagement, product recommendations, pricing discussions, and follow-up that encouraged repeat purchases.

At Vital Products PLC, I support quality assurance and quality control by reviewing quality information, documenting deviations, communicating issues, and following corrective actions through to resolution. I bring the same accuracy, process discipline, and attention to detail to customer-facing operations.

Through freelance research support, administrative, and creative support, I manage client briefs from request to delivery, clarify requirements, handle revisions, and create clear, client-ready documents and promotional materials.
