I’m a detail-oriented, compassionate professional with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and 5+ years of experience in customer support, administration, and healthcare environments. I bring bilingual capability in English & French and thrive in hybrid work settings where clarity, empathy, and efficiency matter most.

In my recent Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid) role with Belairdirect / Intact Insurance, I managed high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails, supported policy inquiries, billing, renewals, and applications, and maintained accurate records using CRM systems and internal platforms.
