I've supported University of Missouri users across remote help desk, Journalism, Athletics, and enterprise IT environments, resolving hardware, software, and program issues.

As a Tier 2 analyst, I supported coaches, support staff, The Missourian, and KBIA. I installed and repaired software, maintained hardware, and supported Lexmark, Konica Minolta, Canon, and HP printers.

In my current Help Desk Support Technician role at TVS Supply Chain Solutions, I provide front-line support for Windows environments, image and deploy devices, and manage accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. After a month and a half, management trusted me to provide three weeks of solo on-site support at another location.

I'm completing my Computer Science background through hands-on projects in Java, C++, web development, compilers, cryptography, forensic hardware examination, and algorithmic sorting. I’m looking to apply my troubleshooting and programming experience while continuing to gain new experience through technology.
