I seek a technical support or systems role where I can apply VOIP and systems administration skills, work collaboratively, and grow into broader network or infrastructure responsibilities.

I am an IT support specialist with hands-on experience in help desk escalation, VOIP systems troubleshooting, and systems administration. I have worked across corporate and distributor environments, managing email systems, print servers, and customer-facing technical support.

At Netcarrier I handled Level 1 and 2 support for VOIP and network issues, remotely accessing switches and tenants, organizing call flows and auto attendants, and monitoring phone lines in real time to resolve outages. Previously I supported IT operations at Gould Paper and handled inside sales responsibilities that strengthened my product and vendor knowledge.

I hold a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology and bring practical experience with scripting and programming languages, Windows and Linux administration, Microsoft SQL Server and common enterprise applications.
