I’m looking for an Executive/Admin Support role where I can coordinate schedules, manage records, and deliver excellent front-desk and stakeholder support—working in a structured, fast-paced environment with community-focused impact and growth.

I’m a highly organized and proactive Executive and Administrative Support professional with over 5 years of experience providing administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, records management, and front desk operations across NGO, healthcare, hospitality, and public sector environments. I support senior executives with discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while keeping teams and stakeholders aligned.

In my roles, I’ve managed guest bookings, payments, reservations, and accurate financial documentation, while ensuring rooms are ready for occupancy. I’ve also served as a first point of contact—handling inquiries professionally, coordinating communications, and maintaining efficient daily operations in fast-paced environments.

I also bring strong experience in records and reporting, including monitoring and evaluation support where I collected and documented program data for evaluation purposes and organized project documents. In healthcare settings, I managed patient records, scheduled appointments, coordinated HMO documentation and service authorization, and provided basic first response support.
