What I'm looking for

I seek roles leading HR/payroll system implementations where I can manage client relationships, ensure compliance, drive integrations and testing, and contribute to process improvement in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a payroll and HR systems consultant with hands-on experience leading implementations, integrations, and client workshops for global clients. I consistently ensure accurate configuration and compliance with local legislation while coordinating testing and delivery to meet project milestones.

Across roles at CloudPay and Alight Solutions, I acted as primary client liaison, translated payroll requirements into technical specifications, and collaborated closely with IT and product teams to optimize setups and processes. I also led teams through testing phases, resolved issues proactively, and delivered training and service transition activities.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Employment Relations and Human Resources, am completing a Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention and Compliance, and bring practical expertise with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Cloudpay Platform and reporting tools like Power BI. I communicate fluently in Spanish and professionally in English.
