I'm looking to continue improving global HR operations through Workday HCM configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, and close partnership with HR and IT stakeholders.

I've supported global Workday HCM operations at Deloitte, TaskUs, American Axle Manufacturing, CDK Global, Goldman Sachs, and Intelliswift Software. I translate HR business needs into scalable Workday configurations, reports, integrations, and deployment plans for teams across Europe, the UK, EMEA, the US, and APAC.

At CDK Global, I designed and deployed 20+ custom reports that reduced manual HR administration by at least 15 hours per week, while building EIB inbound integrations for accurate bulk transactions. At Goldman Sachs, I resolved 200+ complex HR system tickets and optimized hire and termination business processes for UK and EMEA stakeholders.

I'm focused on Core HCM, Recruitment, Time Tracking, business process configuration, UAT, and global stakeholder support. I bring an MBA in Human Resources and enjoy improving HR workflows through practical, reliable Workday solutions.
