What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a collections or account-management role where I can negotiate solutions for overdue accounts, resolve customer issues, use Excel and Microsoft Office, and continue developing my account-analysis skills.

I've managed overdue business-to-business accounts at Iron Mountain, negotiating payment plans and resolving client invoice disputes.

I previously worked at KM2 Solutions across two collections campaigns, helping customers bring delinquent accounts current through contractual strategies.

After being promoted to high-risk account analyst, I handled more severe accounts and difficult customer situations. I regularly use Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI tools in my work.

I also supported customers at Yelu Tapiforros, advising them on upholstery and vehicle accessory purchases. I'm focused on responsible, efficient work and continually improving how I deliver it.
